I need washers changed on two taps (one for hot water in shower and one for hot water in bath). I also need my old pedestal basin adjusted as it’s been bumped and put out of alignment. Job needs to be done by 12pm Thursday.

Kitchen faucet tap above sink is very wonky. It’s not leaking but needs tightening from underneath to keep it in position.

Pipe has disconnected. Probably broken washer . Therefore leaking

Toilet paper is coming out of a breather pipe outside home.

Moved into new house. Waste pipe of washing machine doesn’t really have anywhere to drain? Hoping someone with experience can help us as we are unsure

Whilst digging a post hole, I’ve noticed a damaged and blocked pipe system. The PVC pipe is cracked, and it was filled with a root system. The old clay pipe going under footpath is also filled with roots. Not sure where it goes as there is no outlet in the street gutter, but there is something which indicates there may have been at some point (see photos).
