I need someone to remove and dispose of a small wall-mounted instantaneous gas hot water unit. Details: • Unit is already decommissioned and disconnected from gas and water. • It is only mounted to the wall and needs to be unbolted and taken away. • There is also a short flue pipe through the ceiling that should be removed with the unit. • Installers of the new system suggested the flue may contain asbestos, so they wouldn’t remove it. I cannot confirm this. • Looking for someone comfortable removing the unit and flue and disposing of it. Location: northcote Access: Easy access inside laundry.

Tank not filling with water properly. Turning off and on water supply into toilet seems to temporarily fix it after a couple of minutes. Old toilet. There are 3 issues on the toilet: 1. Half flush button doesn’t work anymore (full flush is fine) 2. Seat is not aligned straight (was installed this way) 3. Seat and lid don’t soft close anymore. Since number I understand can’t be fixed, I’m amending charge to $150.

I need someone fix the mixer tap in kitchen

Our soft close toilet seat lid is not able to be reattached due to one of the holes being closed/blocked by plastic. We removed the toilet seat to clean it using the push button. However when going to put it back on, the pin is not able to go into one of the holes as it is now blocked by black plastic (see pictures). We have tried WD40 and moving the seat around however that has not worked. And there are no screws to undo the seat as it is a closed end. Available Thursday 24th from 12pm, Friday 25th from 1pm or next week.
