I have bought the same one but couldn’t get Harvey Norman to install In the time . It has a unique water system so I believe I need a specialist . I’ll provide photos . I’d like a visit tomorrow or even late today / tonight . If you can take away old fridge you should be able to fix and sell . It was making a beeping sound and had turned off so I had no time to get it investigated . I’ll pay $100 extra to get it taken away , would need a trolly

Title: Need Hot Water System Expert – Inspection & Quote Description: Hi there, We’ve just moved into a large house in Norman Park and are having a few issues with our hot water system (photo attached – looks like a gas heating unit). Here’s what we’re experiencing: In the kitchen (approx. 10–15m from the unit), it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute for hot water to come through – and it’s not very hot. In the bathroom sink (right near the unit), the hot water fluctuates constantly – hot, then cold, then hot again. We’re not sure if it’s a problem with the pipes, if the unit is too small or outdated, or something else entirely. We’d love someone experienced with this kind of issue to come and inspect the system and provide a quote for fixing it. Thanks in advance!

Kitchen cabinet had water leak thus is damaged. I think ply over the top will suffice. Unknown budget - I wish to discuss

All plumbing completed just need 2 x toilets, 2 showers & 2 basins and mixers fitted. My plumber is away for a few weeks and I need this finished. All items already acquired and ready to install.

To fix our wobbly toilet seat that keeps moving around, not sure if it needs screws tightened or something else- so will need someone who has dealt with this sort of issue before because I’m not sure why it’s gone wobbly or how to fix it.

The drain pipes from our roof run underground across our backyard to a council storm water pipe. I had an inspection done a few years ago and was told there was roots growing into the pipes. We didn't do anything at the time but the trees have now been cut down (hopefully thats removed any future issues) but we are about to redo gardens so thought now was an appropriate time to replace pipes so that we are not digging up in the future. (Price is for initial inspection with repair work to be quoted if required)
