Kitchen mixer tap leaks when open to use it

We would like to have a licensed plumber come by to replace a leaking swivel kitchen mixer tap with a new, already bought pull out mixer tap. Very similar in size, just that the old one did not have the pull out function. We bought a Phoenix Ivy MKII pull out. Please pix below of the sink and the old mixer tap that is currently still in there. Also a pic of the new tap and the instructions (probably too small to read from the pic but they look fine). Friday this week, 18 July would be great, and Fridays in general work best as one of us can work from home then.

when flushing, the water is not draining quick enough and rising at times in both toilets and two sinks. there is gurgling when flushing.

Unblock the toilet - Water is draining very slowly, and making clogging sounds - I have user plunger to unclog but of no use. - The second toilet and kitchen drain is fine.

Toilet S trap is clear but pipe going into the ground is blocked. Need drain unblocked. Second toilet in the house works fine and all other waste water from sinks and showers drain away just fine.

Igniting the hot water system it’s been off for a while but works, toilet will need to be attached to the wall outlet.
