Scope of work: * Install hot and cold water supply. * Install waste/drainage for 5 pedicure spa chairs. * Connect to the existing plumbing where possible. * Ensure all work complies with Victorian regulations. * Provide a Certificate of Compliance (if required) upon completion. We have an existing built-in oven beneath our stove that is no longer working. We’d like to have it replaced with a new one we’ve already purchased — same dimensions as the existing unit. We need help removing the old oven and fitting the new one in its place. Photos of both ovens are attached: the white oven is the existing (faulty) unit, and the stainless steel oven is the new replacement.

The toilet is slow draining and making a gurgling sound. It is not completely blocked. The same issue happened last week and I temporarily cleared it using hot water, toilet cleaner and a plunger, but the problem has returned. I think the blockage needs to be properly investigated and cleared to prevent it happening again.
