We would like to replace existing toilet seats in two Caroma toilets with Tudaloo Flow Bidet Seats. Toilet 1 has in-cistern water valve so it needs In-Cistern Kit to connect it to the water supply. The kit connects inside the cistern and routes water down to the Flow inlet. The Inlet Side for both seats are Right Inlet. Pull out old toilet and replace with new Same toilet as previous I have new toilet already to go

Replace the front yard tap because the the current one is leaking.

Need a few items rectified for compliance at my rental property in Ferntree Gully. Please see attached photo. Need those 5 HWS+Gas items rectified. Space heater and HWS photos also attached.

Updated with photos. We've got a leak coming from a pipe outdoors at the backyard, which we suspect might be connected to the toilet line. I've tried turning it off but doing so the upstairs toilet wasn't refilling. We need a plumber to investigate the pipes and connections to figure out the source of the leak and fix it. Its not immediately clear whether the leak comes from beneath the concrete or the bottom of the pipe (marked red in photo)

Replace two lots of water connecting/supply hoses under two sinks. Sink.1 is currently leaking water from old hoses. Sink.2 is not yet leaking but hoses are old and rusty. (See photos). You will need to supply the hoses and replace them on both sinks.
