I've moved to a new house and the laundry room hot water tap for the washing machine leaks when left open. I need to fix this AND the drain for the washine machine needs to be connected. I have added photos for your reference.

Leaking tap in laundry that is connected to washing machine. Water is coming out from the tap area. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the connection of the hose. It seems to be an issue with the tap itself.

We would like to replace existing toilet seats in two Caroma toilets with Tudaloo Flow Bidet Seats. Toilet 1 has in-cistern water valve so it needs In-Cistern Kit to connect it to the water supply.
