Shower and the taps are leaking occasionally. I think we need to replace shower & sink water taps / washers. This is required in an apartment building in Docklands. Free car parking can be provided if your vehicle is less than 2.1 meters height. I can help in closing down the water lines to the unit. I am not sure what size, kind of taps are required or just a washer. Previously, owner of the flat used to get it fixed and they just used to replace the taps i guess. My quotation is for labour only. You tell me the product & i can buy the same Or you quote the price for the product and i will pay for the same.

Problem is flushing mechanism for the toilet in the bathroom. The issue is the rubber seal in the toilet cistern which allows water to flow in the pump section. We don't have the right equipment to fix the seal, so need someone else with insurance.
