Looking for a handyman to fix a loose kitchen mixer tap and unstable undermount sink. The timber substrate underneath the tap hole has rotted, so it needs to be scraped back, treated, and reinforced with a metal/plastic tap support plate underneath. Sinks also need fresh sanitary silicone around the rim and clips tightened. All original fixtures to be kept (though I’ll buy a new tap)

Shower head is leaking with a really low water pressure. Water is seen flowing along the hose. Not sure if it's the hose or the thread problem. Need a diagnosis and fix.

Need a plumber. My apartment’s hot water temperature keeps fluctuating between hot and cold (mainly just hot) across all taps.
