Shower head started leaking even though tap is turned off. Shower handle is also ‘locked’, issue with turning tap off and on. Shower head is leaking with a really low water pressure. Water is seen flowing along the hose. Not sure if it's the hose or the thread problem. Need a diagnosis and fix.
