Our tap covers have gone missing on washing machine taps. We need new covers to be put on and ensure no water leaking from taps when water is on. Tried 20mm brass covers from Bunnings, but they’re too small. Thanks!

Inside an apartment in Docklands. The rubber seal inside the floater from an inwall cistern needs to be replaced. The cistern is pulled apart and water isolated. The previous plumber has taken the part needing to be replaced and has gone AWOL. This job needs to be completed before COB 29/12. We have a second toilet in the property identical that the part can be compared with to purchase new. We need a new part for the cistern plus labour to reinstate. The pictures below have all parts except for the floater thats missing Im unsure in brand of cistern. Toilet bowl is a vitrs.

My bathroom sink is blocked. I tried opening the u pipes but the straight pipe seems to be blocked with dirt so the water can’t drain down. Needs to plunge/suck the dirt out.the u bend is not blocked but the straight pipe in red mark up seems to be blocked.

We took off the toilets and you should only install brand new one we agave already bought it

The toilet seat is loose on both the bottom where it attaches onto bowl and the seat cover that attaches to the seat on the right side.
