There are two apartment bathrooms that need wall faced toilet suites replaced

After using my dishwasher, the water will not drain. I cleaned the filter parts but that does not seem to work.

General Requirements     •    All installations must comply with building safety codes.     •    Waterproof seals must be used where necessary.     •    Work to be carried out with minimal disruption to surrounding finishes and structure.

Fix toilet seat and unblock the toilet

Buttons are not working in the toilet, I have bought a replacement part, need it installed. You will need tools to remove the old one (it's screwed in to the bowl).

The toilet seat is loose on both the bottom where it attaches onto bowl and the seat cover that attaches to the seat on the right side.

My Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer dishwasher has stopped mid-cycle and is constantly beeping with a red light. The rinse light is stuck on and the motor keeps trying to drain. From what I understand, it may be a flood sensor / water leak issue where water has collected in the base pan and needs to be cleared/dried, or there could be a small leak that needs fixing. Looking for someone experienced with Fisher & Paykel DishDrawers to: Check and clear the base pan (if that’s the issue) Diagnose the cause (leak, seal, hose, etc.) Get the dishwasher running normally again Must bring your own tools. Licensed plumber needed ASAP. I have a Puretec Puremix Z6 water filter kit that needs to be installed under the sink. The water isolation shutoff for the apartment is easily accessible. The under sink is clean and easily accessible. The kit has everything needed so you probably only need to bring a spanner, some thread seal tape, and a drill / screwdriver to mount it. Probably 30 minute job. Thanks! :)

My apartment has 2 toilets with non-urgent issues with their flushing mechanisms. The toilets are 17 years old so perhaps are subject to some wear. One of them occasionally doesn’t seal cleanly and so will trickle slowly from tank to bowl. We fix it by juggling the button or shifting the ceramic lid slightly. Perhaps it has an issue with the seal. The other one is not filling the tank after flush sometimes. Perhaps the float is getting stuck up and not triggering the the fill valve. The toilets are dual flush with a 2-piece circular button on the top of the cistern. I’d like someone to come fix them or perhaps replace the internal flushing mechanisms.
