I recently purchased a place and need a qualified waterproofing contractor to inspect and redo the waterproofing. There has been a leak from the shower into the wall. Clean all gutters from roof and drain all water. Double storey house. Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit. Check humidity issues on mezzanine and walls to find what is causing the damage.

Need new drain hose installed onto washing machine. Tried to do it ourselves but looks a bit complicated. Can’t get water hose off tap either, too tight

Sealing around sink and splashback immediately behind sink (but not full length of wall) is dirty and needs redoing, also need to seal gap between wall and floor behind toilet - see photos

water seems to being leaking from tap or dishwasher, not sure. Not alot of water but a slow leaks underneath the sink cupboard

Looking for a qualified and liscenced plumber to help diagnose and fix an issue with our hot water pipes. When we first use the hot water (eg from the tap, shower, dishwasher etc) there is a loud knocking sound under the floor. The kitchen tap also shudders when turning the water off. Friday this week works best but we can do weekend.

Our shower has hot water but it runs out of hot water more quickly than before. It’s a 250L electric hot water cylinder.

1 - A leak was found from my oven, so the valve connecting was been closed off. Now, there is no leak but I do need the problem fixed. 2 - I have a mixer tap that needs installation. Flex with dates.

The toilet lid is loose and broken, and likely needs a replacement.

This morning my kitchen tap separated which I need repaired. I’m not sure if a fitting came loose or it needs to be repaired.

Attempting to update the shower head in our new home we are moving into and there’s a tiny leak as the shower head doesn’t go all the way into the wall. Looking for some quick help to fix up so we don’t ruin walls by ignoring it.

Installation of a new garden tap down the side of the house. Next to the hot water service. Connect to the cold water copper pipe that supplies the hot water service and install a new tap above. Let me know if there’s any other photos or details that you need, and I will update it. Thanks
