I've just moved into a house and the cold laundry tap is leaking slightly into the handle when the washing machine hose is attached and it's turned on. The hot water tap is fine. I think maybe the washers just need to be changed or something like that and I'm not confident in doing it myself. Looking for someone to supply the parts and fix it. Thank you!

Had a new showerhead installed, has some kind of extremely aggressive flow restrictor in it - barely usable now. Looking for someone to remove the silicone, take off the showerhead, remove the flow restrictor and re-install the showerhead with new silicone to seal.

I’ve installed a new bathroom basin but I’m struggling to get the correct 40mm waste pipe/trap connected to the existing drain. I’ve already tried a flexible waste pipe from Bunnings, but the angle/fit isn’t right. Looking for someone experienced who can: * Supply the correct 40mm fittings/trap if needed. * Connect the basin waste properly to the existing drain. * Ensure there are no leaks and everything is secure. The basin and waste are already installed – it’s just the final plumbing connection underneath that needs doing. Should be a quick job for someone who knows what they’re doing. We’re moving overseas on Friday and tenants are moving in, so we’d really appreciate someone who can come ASAP (today or tomorrow if possible). 📍 Location: Coburg North 🛠️ Tools/parts: Please bring any common 40mm basin waste fittings as I don’t want to make another trip to Bunnings if possible. We need the braided pipe and backflow filter for a bidet installed. Require offers from licensed plumbers so that we can ensure our bidet warranty is not invalidated. The bidet comes with the required flexible pipe and backflow valves. The pipe going from shut off tap to the cistern is a metal pipe (shown in images) and weve also bought a new flexible braided pipe to replace that with if necessary as part of the installtion in order to add the bidet pipe/valve. I tried to install my bidet, however the water on the tap keeps leaking. Not a lot but it keeps leaking

I’ve installed two new taps (ceramic stoppers) in an upstairs bathroom but unfortunately they’re leaking into the vanity unit. Needing it fixed asap. Ideally need plumbing tonight or tomorrow.

Toilet 1 - gargles and when flushed, gathers water up before going down Toilet 2 - doesnt have enough water volume when flushed

Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.
