Clean all gutters from roof and drain all water. Double storey house. Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit. Check humidity issues on mezzanine and walls to find what is causing the damage.

We would like a new vanity, sink and taps installed into our bungalow bathroom. There are existing hot + cold taps and a patched hole in the wall that likely was once used for drainage. Plumber to connect these taps to a new sink + vanity (as best as possible, it’s ok if these are still exposed we can cover with a mirror) and connect the waste.

We have a toilet seat that’s for kids on our upstairs toilet. I want to switch it back to the original normal toilet seat but don’t know how to detach and reattach them. Hoping someone can help me with it.

The bathroom sink completely broke. It needs fixing. Also the shower head is leaking a lot of water.

Kitchen sink tap needs to be replaced. Hot water tap is not working in upstairs or downstairs bathroom even though hot water in both showers is working fine. Please fix the issue so that the hot water taps work again.

We’re looking for an experienced drainage plumber or landscaper to inspect and quote installation of a strip (channel) drain along the side of our house where the driveway slopes inwards. Our restumper recently advised that water is tracking under the house after rain, likely flowing across the driveway toward the subfloor area. We’d like a drainage solution that captures this water and redirects it safely to stormwater drains. Job scope (to be confirmed on inspection): • Cut and remove a narrow section of driveway beside the house • Install a suitable grated strip drain or channel drain • Connect to existing stormwater line or discharge point • Ensure correct fall for water flow • Restore driveway surface neatly once complete Driveway type: Paved/bricked (see photos) Location: [Coburg, VIC] Access: Clear access along side driveway Please quote for works (happy to arrange inspection first). A down pipe has been broken and either needs repair or replacement and I would like a quote for this job, thanks! Photos attached.

The pipe/tube for the pump drain became undone during the move. Seems pretty simple to reconnect but I cannot get under there. I have no idea how much time / budget - make an offer or ask any questions if unclear :)

Have water tank which overflows and floods the garage need this disabled to be removed please

Need new drain hose installed onto washing machine. Tried to do it ourselves but looks a bit complicated. Can’t get water hose off tap either, too tight

water seems to being leaking from tap or dishwasher, not sure. Not alot of water but a slow leaks underneath the sink cupboard

1 - A leak was found from my oven, so the valve connecting was been closed off. Now, there is no leak but I do need the problem fixed. 2 - I have a mixer tap that needs installation. Flex with dates.

The toilet lid is loose and broken, and likely needs a replacement.

Extend outdoor water tab 1 meter to the right. We will pay for supplies.
