Replace a faulty gas hot water system at a residential rental property. The current Madea unit is not working — gas is flowing to the unit but it will not ignite, likely due to an internal fault (circuit board). The system needs full replacement, not repair. Scope of works: Supply and install a new 26L gas hot water system (G Series or similar) Disconnect and remove the existing faulty unit from site Reconnect all water and gas lines Test system on completion to ensure proper operation Solar hot water setup: Please provide two options/prices: Bypass/remove the existing solar hot water system completely Reconnect the solar system — if this option is chosen, the temperature valve on the solar unit must also be replaced All work must be completed by a licensed plumber and installed in compliance with rental standards. Leaking hot water solar panel

Plumbing connection for a new washroom which includes connection for vanity, shower enclosure and toilet. An existing functional toilet is just 5 meters away from the new washroom. I have attached a picture showing the proposed layout. The job is in brookfield. I want a licensed plumber please.
