I’ve recently moved into a new house and haven’t noted 2 issues that need fixing with my laundry taps. 1) the cold water tap that the washing machine attaches to doesn’t work therefore I have my washing machine attached to the hot water which isn’t good for my clothes 2) there is a leak coming from either the tap or the pipes under laundry basin when the washing machine is on- can’t seem to work out where it’s coming from

I have a newly built home and need a fridge ice maker water supply. There are cold water PEX pipe just in the ceiling and need to put T joint and draw a water tube to the fridge back wall.

Need the kitchen mixer tap changed. I will provide a basic mixer tap

Toilet water leaking inside closet

Below to be done: 1) Replace old toilet suite with a new one. Remove bidet Spray. 2) Remove bidet spray only for the other toilet. I will buy the new toilet suite.

Fix hot water system as hot water is not consistent and either too hot or too cold from two showers. Hot water not coming from 3 basin pipes. 1 leaking laundry pipe.

I need a new button soldered onto my euroflex M6s pressure steaming unit. Price completely dependant on type of service. Happy with a basic button replacement without original fitting (a loose button) with just an after test and no warranty. If fitting the button or offering warranty, I'm happy to negotiate more money.

Kitchen sink tap leaking

There is perfect hot water in Kitchen and Laundry. However I am not getting enough hot water in bathrooms. Looks like valve is failed and need replacement. Please share quote
