smell coming from my toilet areas in an older house. Both bathrooms are recently renovated (new toilet and flooring), however the smell exists in both bathrooms, so I suspect it may be due to improper installation. Possible causes may include: * Poor sealing at the base of the toilet * Missing or incorrectly installed internal seal (wax ring / rubber seal) * Gaps between toilet base and floor (no proper caulking) Photos are attached for reference.

Showerhead is fixed and hard to clean body/ bathtub. Grime stays Replace with a more flexible and a effective version

Gas hot water system has stopped working. Gas supply to house is fine (cooktop working), so issue seems to be with the unit. Older Rheem outdoor storage system with manual control. No hot water at all – likely pilot light or thermocouple issue but needs inspection and fix.

Hi there, recently moved places and the movers lazily didn’t do the installation of the washing machine. I’ve attached some photos and by viewing it looks like it needs an inlet hose.

There are two townhouses (side by side) that require a set of washing machine and dryer to be installed in each home. I require plumber to install draining and hose connections. We have standard hose connections and drains however they require extensions to be able to install. (Approx 1M extension on hose and drain) Also 1 of the dryers is a heat pump and I would like that drain installed too into the plumbing. We do not have clasps or silicon and that would need to be supplied by installer.
