The task was completed, but communication could be improved. The first appointment was delayed without notice, and I had to follow up myself. The second started much earlier than scheduled without checking in advance. Some questions asked were not related to the task, and dirty window frames were placed on a fabric sofa. Payment was requested twice immediately before I had a chance to properly check the work.
