My 105 series 2001 model land cruiser has a sunroof in it. It hasn’t been operational for a long time. Closed shut. Lately there have been some water leak inside the vehicle. I have removed all the interior trim pieces and seats. Turns out this is an after market unit. If possible I need it fixed. Otherwise I’d like the gutters to be cleaned so no more leaks. Last solution Im thinking of is to delete it and weld a piece of sheet metal to the roof. The job should be easy as you won’t need to waste time with trims removal and reinstall. Only the roof problem needs attention. I’m willing to spend fair amount on the job but not want to break the bank. Plus I’m willing to help out during the process as well (as an apprentice)

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images
