We have bamboo floors, we had a minor leak which was fixed - 2 of the floorboards are -risen up and dislocated- the rest are more or less ok shapewise but are discoloured - means we can't open a couple of the cupboards fully. I'm not sure what to do but I guess I need to replace them. I don't know if they can be replaced with something that looks like bamboo but is more water resistent as the area where the leak happened has had other leaks before and is outside the bathroom. Toilet base is leaking at the bottom. So leak I think it may be the wax ring or it’s loose. Ceiling fan is also not receiving the remote control instructions. I think the receiver needs to be reset.

I have bought a tension rod and have extended it to 2m. It is sitting above my front entrance although it can’t fall as it could injure someone. I have some U brackets that I bought from Bunnings to fix to the wall underneath each end but will need someone to do this properly and probably will need anchors as I don’t know if there are beams in the wall.
