Kitchen drawer needs repairing

One hinge on my toilet seat has come loose and the seat is misaligned/wobbly. I need someone to tighten and realign it so it sits straight and secure.

I need a qualified and insured contractor to supply labour only and install two yoga mat wall holders inside a private gym studio. Scope of Work: • Mount and securely fix 2 yoga mat holders to the wall • Ensure holders are level, aligned, and safely installed • Installation must be suitable for a commercial gym environment

Blinds bracket came off and need fixing to the gyprock ceiling (probably need backing)

A small piece of blind fell off, need to be put back. (Left holding bracket of the blind is attached on the wall. Right holding bracket fell off the wall because of the loose hole. Onsite parking is available.

I have some Elfa shelves that I’d like to hang on two separate walls - one in the hallway and one next to the kitchen. These require wall bands to be drilled into the walls first, which is the bit I’m not sure about… I’d usually do this myself but I’m getting tricky readings from my stud / cable finder and I really don’t want to go drilling into live wires or pipes. There are light switches quite close by in both areas. I’m also not 100% sure which screws / plugs to use because the wall in the hallway seems to be drywall and then concrete. It would be great to get someone to do this who’s experienced with cable finding and has a good understanding of wall materials / construction. To be clear, 5 wall bands need to be installed in total, with each band preferably needing 4 screws. I’ve attached photos of the walls in question and one of the wall bands so you can see what you’d be dealing with. Thanks.

The blinds drop and need someone to fix

Our son's apartment is on 11th Floor, the bedroom has no fly screen. Have had Wynstan etc come round and say it can't be done. It can, just needs someone to think outside the box! The windows slide from middle to left and right, width is approximately 84cm x 184cm high.

There are 3 pieces of string to pull my blinds up and down. And one has snapped off, can you help repair?

Need a handyman, carpenter or cabinet maker to fix my kitchen cupboard door. The hinge came off from the corner cabinet door. I’ve got a new hinge from Bunnings already. There are two white plastic bits stuck in the door which are making it too difficult to self install currently.

I have a hip locks. Ax1 000 bicycle anchor that needs to be bolted into the cement in my car part. It has five screws and I can provide pictures and instructions.

I have bought a tension rod and have extended it to 2m. It is sitting above my front entrance although it can’t fall as it could injure someone. I have some U brackets that I bought from Bunnings to fix to the wall underneath each end but will need someone to do this properly and probably will need anchors as I don’t know if there are beams in the wall. I also need to make sure it’s straight.
