At this stage we are just looking for cost, we are yet to buy the equipment, but gym will consist of a functional trainer with cables, a smith machine / squat rack, rower, bike, vertical ski, dumbells (1-35kg) and rack, two benches and possibly some wall mounted pegs for hanging gym mats. Need help installing a curtain rod into a concrete ceiling. I need someone with the right tools to drill into concrete and supply the correct screws for a secure and professional install.

Location: A small second bedroom that has been converted to a work/office space. What's needed: L-shape office table that is fixed to the wall needs to be removed and taken away.
