Need an experienced and reliable builder / handyman to: - remove existing awning (frame only) - install a new awning (same size 1200x700) on the roof to protect rain from getting into roof access) - seal all gaps and ensure the new awning is securely mounted to avoid damage due to strong wind - clean up the area upon completion The new awning will be provided (as per photo below) and I will be available to help as instructed during the installation (if required). Work to be done during weekends.

We need to remove the TV from the wall (on a fixed bracket) so we can plug in an Amazon fire stick then put the TV back onto the same wall. Not available Sat between 10am and 4pm otherwise any time. There are people here to help lift if over the Easter break.

Measure, supply and install block out blinds on 2 large windows and one large screen door. Also would like to consider adding curtain rods and curtains. Not sure if the budget is reasonable, looking at someone to come in and provide a more accurate quote.

2005 Subaru liberty needing a small part replaced on each door hinge. I have the replacement part needed to fix it on each of the 4 doors. Its the part of that assembly that helps the door stay open. Requires removal of inner door trim so would suit a tasker with experience working on cars generally, or replacing/fitting car trim or sound systems. Speakers and weather seal have all been replaced recently. Will be done inside a garage. I have some tools but please bring your own as well. May require a small amount of grease.
