Kitchen demo'd in apartment. Need gyprock/plaster patching, ceiling reinstatement and floor patching. Small Inner West unit. Looking for licensed/experienced plasterer/renderer/handyman.

Plasterer required to remove water damaged ceiling, supply and fix new plasterboard and set to match existing. Ceiling height is 3m. Section is approx 1200 x 1200mm. Price to include labour, materials and ladders.

Door handle is already purchased, just need help installing, the space cut does not fit the handle I have, someone with experience would be ideal as I think the hole needs to be made bigger, would need your own tools

Here's a concise but detailed version: Need help lifting an IKEA JÄTTEBO 2–5 seater couch so a rug can be shifted a few inches underneath. Also need tinted film installed on 2 vertical kitchen windows above the wash basin. I already have the film; installer will need to measure the windows, cut the film to size, and apply it neatly.

Repair roller blind. Goes down easily but hard to pull up. May need new parts.

Handyman jobs: 1. Replace shower seal strip & replace silicon seal (I will supply both) to fix leaking shower door. 2. Replace toilet seat (I will supply). 3. Remove pendant light and replace with a different pendant light (I will supply). 4. Affix carpet/floor separator which is raising up off the floor. 5. Adjust alignment of 4 cabinet doors (kitchen/wardrobe doors). 6. Replace bathroom tap (I will supply).

- Install Wardrobe Rod (parts provided but the rod needs to be cut to size) - Knock out upper kitchen cabinet so fridge fits - Hang two paintings - Recaulk Kitchen Bench

Sand/repair scratch marks on paint of wooden door. We do not have the correct paint yet - would need you to colour match and bring/buy. Please respond with the time you could be available in Stanmore.

Need a category H safe installed through cupboard and flooring into cement asap

Hang 2 roller blinds. Two brackets for each blind . All parts supplied, wall plugs will be used as going into gyprock. Will need a tall ladder as brackets are 3.1m from floor level. Quick easy job.

We need a blind placed in front bedroom. Ideally someone with some carpenter experience. Will require at least a drill, tape measure and level.

Install door excluders to stop dust and leaves blowing inside.

Install a IKEA wall shelf with three shelves. Basically just put 9 brackets to a brick wall

Sliding door handle has separated from glass - some kind of plastic bracket has broken. I have tried to reattach but it has ended up coming off again
