Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to help with a couple of jobs in my apartment. Job 1 – Roller Blinds I attempted to install zero-gravity roller blinds but couldn’t drill far enough into the concrete wall (due to lintel) to securely mount the brackets. Blinds are already on site and measured — they just need proper installation and adjustment (installed right now but not a great job) Job 2 – Ceiling Repair & Painting We recently had ceiling fans installed and there are some holes / damage in the ceiling drywall that need repairing. • Patch and sand ceiling drywall • Paint the repaired area (paint supplied) Notes: • You’ll need your own tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, patching tools, etc.) • Paint will be supplied • Apartment is on 3rd floor - no lift Ideally looking for someone experienced with blind installation and minor plastering/painting.
