We need a 15-20kg mirror hung to a wall on a second story. The wall is plaster with studs. Might need wall mates. Mirror is approx 1m by 1.2m. The wall is 1.4m wide. So approx 10cm each side to play with.

Our kitchen spout nut/bolt constantly works loose from granite kitchen top. The builder of our house 5 years ago did some truly dopey things so the spout may have been incorrectly installed from the outset. I regularly tighten re-fit and tighten with great inconvenience but looking for a permanent fix to this problem. This time the bolt has slipped right out which is why I have decided to resolved this by someone who knows what they are doing in this area.
