Find an experienced handyman in McKinnon

Need a handyman or somebody with cabinet making experience to help us remove two sets of black lugs as seen in attached pictures. We need to then insert the new hinges that we've purchased so we can rehang this kitchen cupboard door. We have two new Hafele hinges to put in the back of this small kitchen cupboard door. Our problem is that we cannot remove the screwed in bits that are shown in the pictures. I think we need a 9 or 9.5 mm drill bit to drill them out. I've spoken with Hafele this morning and the customer support cabinetmaker at the other end of the phone line suggested that in doing this we just need to be careful we don't drill through the other side of the cupboard door.
