Floor of winter garden is timber and water stained. Need someone to help me move out furniture (I can move most of it) then sand back timber and stain plus add marine grade coat to floors to make them completely waterproof. There is a leak in ceiling body corporate won’t fix. Trying to fix it without them!

I require a custom cut on a paver for my patio, which I will be able to provide. The paver is 20mm depth and 600x600mm length x width. I have attached a diagram of the paver and the marked incisions required, being a 4cm x 4cm x 6 cm triangular cut out of the edge of the paver.
