Hello, I’ve had a tenant break the shelf in the shower. I’m hoping someone can either fix it or replace it. I have plans to redo the bathroom so honestly just looking for a quick and easy fix, open to ideas and suggestions as well!

We have existing blinds in our second bedroom and want Somfy electric blinds fitted like we have in our main bedroom. Price will just be for delivering and fitting blind motor and remote to existing blinds, electrician will connect it up when they are here. There are two blinds and they are 168cm in length each. A kitchen drawer is stuck. Need someone like a joiner who can take it apart so the drawer will open

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
