The rail is no longer secure and won’t sit straight. I’ve already tried tightening the fixing using a 2.5mm hex key, but it didn’t resolve the issue. 4 ceiling fans to be installed in rooms which are upstairs and 3 downstairs in the lounge and kitchen. Upstairs there is roof access. For the fans, these are new connections so not replacing any current light connections. I will need the downlights to continue working.
