‼️ UPDATE!! I’m looking for a reliable and experienced handyman for ongoing maintenance work at my property in Earlwood. The house is quite old and large, so there are always a number of small repairs and maintenance jobs that need attention. Ideally, I’d like to find someone who could come on a fortnightly basis to help keep on top of things as they arise. Some of the current jobs include: 1. Downpipe repair * A downpipe has come loose and fallen down. * It is currently resting on the lower roof and needs to be reattached securely. 2. Dishwasher repair * Dishwasher is not working and requires inspection and repair. 3. Front entrance gate * The gate no longer closes properly and needs adjustment or repair. 4. Veranda roofing panels * Some hard plastic/Colorbond-style panels covering the veranda have come loose due to strong winds. * They need to be secured back in place or removed if no longer safe. There are also various other maintenance items that will need attention over time. Onsite quote needed I would greatly appreciate it if you could come by to inspect the jobs and provide a quote.
