Have high ceilings and require brackets installed (x3) for curtain rod to be hung. Help installing a curtain rod and tv, drilling into concrete wall

I have tried using my own basic drill and it takes forever. Proper hammer-Rotary drill required. Four curtain rods four holes each - 16 total holes need to be drilled in solid concrete walls. I have marked location of screw holes already. The walls are rock solid!!
