The task includes: - Removing the current curtain hardware - Installing the new IKEA double curtain rod brackets/rails Just one set of curtains to install, and looking for someone experienced with this kind of jobs and drilling/wall mounting. I have purchased curtains from BlindsOnline and need some help installing them. There are two rails (blockout and sheer curtains) in one bedroom. The blinds are ceiling fixing, so will require a cavity anchor, a spring toggle, or another similar mechanism to ensure safe affixing. The difficulty is the distance from the ceiling to the cement of the floor above the apartment is only 40mm deep, so the anchor screw needs to be quite short. The curtain brackets take a 1/8'' bolt, and the length of the bolt will need to be less than about 40mm with a spring loaded toggle or similar to put through the ceiling cavity.
