My corner cupboard had water damage at the hinge site. I tried to repair but without success. The old hinge hole has been patched with Builders Bog but I think better to flip that door and place hinges on other side. I need someone to drill holes, replace hinges and rehang. I’m renovating a kitchen. The walls have 3 areas where the splashback was removed along with the plasterboard below it. The approximate areas that need plasterboard: (1) left wall 1.7 x 0.8 m (2) wall with window 2.5 x 1.2 m, plus a small 0.50 x 0.4 m area (3) right wall 1.8 x 1 m I have the plasterboard at home (3 sheets of Gyprock CSR 2400 X 1200 X 10 mm, Aquacheck Plasterboard RE). You will have to provide the rest of the materials like nails, adhesive, tape, jointing compound. Attached picture shows the portions where the plasterboard has been removed. You need to enlarge these portions according to your needs and convenience, particularly since the presently cut edges are not smooth or perfectly straight. I have already removed all the nails, screws, and stud adhesive from the studs in the currently open areas. The right wall of the kitchen will not have any cabinets, so needs to have a professional finish so you'll need to have a lot of experience doing this, whereas the left and window sides need to have a reasonably good finish, including good enough to take splashback tiles (which I will be putting on later) and cabinets. No painting required. If you have any suggestions to make this easier for you (for example, you might feel that removing the entire right wall plasterboard might be easier and cheaper than fixing the hole), please let me know. I need the task completed by 2 February, you can start any day from Saturday 28 January onwards.
