Hi, I'd like to do some things around the house and looking for a handyman on an hourly rate. I'm interested in: - caulking the bathtub - caulk skirting (1 meter) - knocking out 4 bricks in the house to install brick sized vents - plaster over 7 wall vents - fill a hole in plaster wall (from powerpoint) - sand / chisel / adjust doors that no longer close in the door frames (old wooden doors, 3 doors) - lay down plastic film under the house on the subfloor soil (it has about 50 cm clearance - can crawl with no problems). I'll provide the film and the tape. The house floor is about 70 m2. Please quote your hourly rate for the first hour. And let me know in the comments how many hours roughly it'll take. I'd need a tax invoice for the final bill.

One window corner weathered outside only ( Double hung). Other window corner rotted through inside n out. Corners can be filled or wood replaced as long as finish is clean and smooth for painting afterwards. Other areas of a multi pain window need minor replacement or repair of lining around glass. Painting not required.
