He is very good in tiling , he replaced all the tiles including the broken work , cleaned the area and reset the tiles using grout and silicone. Installation of 90x90mm steel post 3m long. Top and bottom fixing plates supplied with 2mm thick steel post and dyna bolts for the bottom fixing. You will need to supply fixing for the gyprock top plate and cut post to size, most likely around 2.8m length. Will also need to drill through tile for bottom plate.

Repair sliding door, can't close properly

Our two glass sliding doors in the bedrooms to the balcony require repair. The glass sliding door can't be closed properly, there is a big gap on the top left of the frame as shown in #1. however, if we apply force to the right top corner of the door, the lock can be closed as show in #2. currently, we had to insert a plate into the right bottom corner of the door to make sure the left side of the door is fully closed. We had a handy man coming by and tried to adjust the inside wheels height, it slightly improved the situation but still have a gap and not easy to lock it. Tasks: - fix the 2 sliding doors so that it can be fully closed and locked - might require replacing the wheel inside or other solution Please make sure you are a sliding door specialist and had experience to resolve similar issues. we have tried simple solutions but not working.
