Small kitchen space - need floating floor, lock and click laminate installed. Room space is 209cm by 313cm. Cabinetry getting installed on Thursday so needs to be done Wednesday 1st October. There’s a concrete underlay with vinyl on top. I’m happy for the new floors to be laid on top of vinyl. Given there’s cabinetry coming in an L shape over the top, happy also if the flooring doesn’t cover the kitchen entirely underneath where these will go. One wall had skirting boards removed - I will replace these after the kitchen is in. One wall still has skirting in place. Have trimming to add or you can cut underneath.
