Michael has carpet in his bedroom and needs to have this carpet removed and floorboards installed. We have a tight budget and want to know if this can be arranged.

I have a gap in my carpet due to installing a new door. Not sure of price so I put $200. Please provide a quote. I have a spare piece of the carpet and underlay, as shown in the photos. However, the pile goes in a different direction so I am guessing that will not work. Alternatively, there is carpet flooring in two built in wardrobes so a piece could be cut from there if it was possible to replace that with a similar section. I am looking for someone to join that spare piece to bridge the gap.

Our elderly cat has had a few accidents hard up in a particular corner of our study. Looking to either: * Replace the carpet in a single room - approx 3750 x 2850 with similar colour, or * Replace carpet and stitch in a single corner of the room If you have an off cut of a similar charcoal coloured carpet and are able to just stitch in a ~1x1 meter square in the affected corner that's absolutely fine as well. I've removed the tack strip in that corner (maybe 0.5 linear meter) and cut out a small square of underlay (maybe 0.1-0.2 sq.m worth) which would need to be replaced. Open to either option (replace room vs replace the small corner) please let me know in the quote which option you'd run through. Picture of the carpet for reference.

The carpets in the bedrooms (3 rooms) in my home need to be reattached after they were raised for a restumping job. You will need to come with the appropriate tools e.g. a knee kicker to get the carpet onto the tack strip. Can provide images when we are discussing details.

I need the bottom of this door cut just a smidge so it can close over the carpet in the photo. I can take door off the hinges and re-attach, just need you to do the door cutting bit. It would be awesome if you could bring your tools and cut it in our backyard ( spacious/ concrete - good space for it) or otherwise we could discuss picking up/ dropping off arrangements for the door. Flooring & carpet on ~6.7m² (1.3×5.1m) requiring: - 3-ply subfloor (to align with floorboards that are ~10mm higher). - smoothing. - simple grey carpet (makeshift mat on decking boards shown in photos) - simple silver edge strip (~5m) along floorboard edge.

There was a small stain on our bedroom carpet with what looks to be makeup or nail varnish. After having some attempts at cleaning we’ve taken the intensity of the stain out but spreader it over a bigger surface area. Furthermore, weve ruffled some of the fabric.

Laying of new carpet (you provide carpet, ideally some sort of wool blend or similar in a dark beige colour , NOT boucle. Possibly texture resembling a soft hemp, perhaps. 5. IF you are a flooring expert:... the bamboo flooring is slightly lifted in some parts due to what appears is water ingress, there is some show of water damage near balcony exits and the overall aspect is, somewhat "weathered£.
