5 rooms sand polish timber floor boards, some repairs, remove and takeaway carpet and rubbish

Old carpet removed and underlay and floating floor boards laid. Old skirting removed and new skirting added. 21.96m2. Will need wood sourced too as have found type that I like and have one quote already but would like a comparison. Need it done fairly urgently as current carpet quite old and needs to go.

We were away for dinner and the shower head had started leaking and the carpet in the living, master, hallway has become wet and soggy. I would like that to be cleaned over the weekend anytime if possible. Please give me your best offer, thanks :)

Small section of oak floorboard (approx 60x60cm) damaged through dog peeing on floor and barstool rubbing against. Believe needs to now be sanded back and resealed/lacquered.

I need a handyman or carpenter to remove and dispose of Approx 3m2 of existing Tasmanian Oak Timber Flooring in an open plan kitchen in preparation of new flooring to be installed. I need the smaller boards as circled removed and some longer lengths that meet these smaller ones removed. MUST be available to complete work tomorrow on 1st July. Ready to assign.

A couple of floating floorboards are damaged & need replacing.

Note: Original task expired due to end date. New preferred date is the 15th. Please install new hybrid vinyl click plank flooring. The area is a 6sqm kitchen shaped like the letter J. I would also need some trimmings installed. We have removed the existing Vinyl flooring and cleared out the kitchen. We will provide the Hybrid floor boards and trimmings. The installation date is flexible but will have to be on or after the 15th of May.

Hi There, We have one room of parquetry flooring approx 20sq mtr ( 2.5 x 7 ) Some of the fingers need to be stuck down possibly one or two fingers missing will need to be replaced. Also need it sanded and then polished. I understand that there is some water or damp damage on floor causing discolouration which does not matter to any work done.

Minor carpet repairs in our apartment

two piles of already removed floating floorboards to be collected and disposed of from a 1st floor apartment in Elwood (lift access available). Approx 4 square meters of floorboards. Needs to be removed by Wednesday 14th July.
