60m2 floor already sanded needs sealing. Our floor has been sanded by someone unfamiliar with using wax products to seal it. We have chosen a tinted Fiddies hard wax oil that needs to be buffed on. Small apartment in Elwood needed concrete flooring to be leveled/grinded. Flooring is needing to be level for new floorboards installed at a later date. I have attempted to level flooring out myself and have missed areas or been too high in some. Area space is roughly 60m2

Pull up carpet and then sand and polish this area and the stairs - don’t need to do underneath - maybe easier to take them out and then sand and polish and put back -? Small repair between old and new stairs ..
