When using the 240v mains adapter the adapter starts emitting a very faint beep 2. When using the 12v car charger plugged into the cars cigarette outlet the 10amp glass fuse blows on the charging cable I am assuming that there is short in the charger port somewhere but I am not sure. I have inspected the charger port and no wires appear to be damaged. I need an experienced technician to inspect the unit for me. Happy to bring this to you. Inspect a hot water heater to determine if it needs to be replaced or it should be fixed. It is currently not working. The power supply has recently been tested a few months ago, when a number of internal cables were replaced. If it needs either, to then provide a quote for the repair or replacement. It is an Aquamax 80L - of unknown age, looks in good condition. When I rang the company on the sticker they said likely > 10 years old and may be better to just replace.
