Hi have a fair few electrical related projects coming up in our music recording studio in Surry Hills One is urgent but simple and then some larger stuff which we are now mapping out and want to get in some quotes and assess as some involve electrical but also some basic heavy lifting and mounting of large ceiling panels with lighting etc Urgent task 1 Looking to replace our air conditioning manual switch with an automatic timed switch. Ideally would love a suggestion as to best option. Wifi capability would be great. Or if not sure, we have a few suggestions and will just need you to install it This is urgent BUT we also have a bigger project for the right tradey. Tasks ( longer term) We’re planning a few upgrades to our recording studio space in Surry Hills and would like a quote for electrical and installation work. The scope mainly involves new power points, lighting adjustments, and mounting equipment. Ideally, someone who can handle both electrical work and installation of heavy roof/wall-mounted materials. The panels to be installed on the roof are going in to gyprock, there are studs which need to be located and carefully drilled in to, so someone with experience in this area is preferred. I need a licensed electrician to remove 2 existing down-lights in kitchen and install 2 pendant lights in the same locations. Pendants are already purchased and ready to go.

The light fittings can be seen (one near and two over the desks) in one photo, and what remains of the hanging divider can be seen in the second photo. Need help patching up screw holes from these. Once we have moved into the new office, there will be a separate engagement for an additional fee to install these light fittings as well as the hanging room divider. Our bathroom light/fan switch wiring has come loose. Looking for an electrician to fix it up but whilst they are there if they can also change it so that the exhaust fan is on one switch and all the lights are on the other switch

I need someone to connect a MaxxFan to lithium battery. The fan has already been installed in the roof of my Toyota Hiace Commuter. I also have an inverter (1000W) that needs to be installed so I can run my laptop and other appliances when off-grid. Also have a DC power meter I’d like to hook up. Have already been to Jaycar and have the wiring, connectors and fuse. Have a Kings 12V Control Box and 120 Lithium Battery.

Investigate power usage as meter spinning even when everything is off. Double check old outdoor airconditioning units are disconnected, to ensure these aren’t source of power leakage. Replace faulty pendant light (we have replacement) Replace faulty light switch, disconnect dimmer (we have replacement) Remove 3 faulty sensors, and install light switch instead ( two may need new switches?) Hi! I’m looking for a licensed electrician to: Install 2 x dimmable fan lights (bedroom and living) - replacing current dimmable lights. Change out the grey and black PowerPoints for all white. As pictured, I have some parts such as the fan light. I have some PowerPoints already but could find others. The ones pictured with the changeover part are good to go. The grey and black pictured on their own would need a part found - hoping you can help source. I live on the ground floor of a unit complex. Thanks!
