I am looking for a tradesperson or builder who can work on repairing/ rebuilding the office and shed at the back of the house. The shed on the right-hand side is a concrete structure on the lower half with a concrete floor. The upper half is Hardie board or similar. The office part on the left-hand side is mostly made of Hardie board and has a vented wooden floor, which is most likely rotten.
