We have some mould starting to spread in 3 rooms. It is still just near the outer doors due to some condensation and leaks. We have tried vinegar which had some initial effect but it comes back. Also used some Concrobium for porous walls but it started chipping some paint off. This is just to reduce the mould and reduce mould coming back but I know it will be hard to stop completely because water is leaking in and pooling on the carpet below the main mould spot. Strata will fix the leak eventually we hope.

I need to add 2 power points in an apartment. One is just on a gib wall where there is already a power point right behind it. The other one I need an electrician to route from a power point next to my bed then cable through, the bottom hole of the bookshelf and come out the other side of the bookshelf where my table is. (See picture). ***Licensed electrician only***

I want to hang a very heavy picture and I need someone who knows how to find studs in walls using a stud finder to drill a hole through gyprock into the stud then screw in the bolt or screw. With the right tools and skills it should take only 10 or 15 minutes. It’s important to get it right first time, I don’t want a series of holes in the wall. You supply drill and stud finder. It’s important to note the job is to put a screw in a stud wall with minimal damage to the wall,,not to hang the picture which I will do myself. It doesn’t have to be today Sunday 13 April - it can be any time by Easter Saturday morning. I said my budget was $70. Offers over $100 are too expensive, sorry.

Drywall small crack and pain (white) repair

Patch up damaged and paint room plasterboard wall. Dimension in cms about 7× 7. It is about a golf ball size Seal／patch gap of side plasterboard wall on staircase, about 15cms Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide

Removed a 3M hook and I pulled the top layer of sheeting and paint off. About a 3cmx3cm patch.

I have had a air conditioning unit installed. And now need the ceiling repaired. Gyprock ceiling with access points and painting. Area is small square in bathroom 400x400 plus hall 2000 x 1200 roughly. Require 3 access points into ceiling. - Due date: Flexible
