I attempted to remove some of the damp brittle gyprock Property is a Victorian terrace in Surry Hills, and some wall sections at low level have deteriorated and been partially removed. Scope of works needed: • Remove any remaining damaged plaster / gyprock where required in addition to another room that needs replacing • Assess and prepare wall surfaces (some areas down to brick) • Install new plasterboard where appropriate OR rebuild using base coat plaster (open to recommendation) • Patch, set, and finish walls ready for painting • Ensure smooth, flush finish to match existing walls • Reinstatement around skirting boards

Small dividing wall in office needs end finishing, plastering holes, sanding and paint to nice finish . All is 4 m x 3.5m and it’s both sides and the end needs tidying up, as the guy who built the wall didn’t finish job properly - see pics

Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint. I understand that after chipping away the render it’ll look patchy on the smaller wall, but that’s fine as it’ll be covered by plants. Exterior primer and paint to be supplied by you. New raked ceiling needs to be sheeted in 13mm gyprock, walls need to be sheeted in 16mm firecheck, and some small sections of sheeting to be done downstairs in aquacheck. Setting and sanding to be done on all gyprock. I will provide materials to be ready on site. I have scaffolding on site.

Need a small box built to cover an exposed pipe. The box will have two 90° corners, a vertical bulkhead to run around, and needs to join the bottom of the bulkhead. Photos of the piping are provided. The other part is a gap in the bulkhead that was an access point needs covering ready for painting. Approx. size for gap in bulkhead: 600–500mm. It’s not the one in the picture. Forgot to get a picture of this. Requirements: • Material: MDF preferred (gyprock may be needed for bulkhead section) • Smooth, paint-ready finish • Screw/fill and sand holes Skills needed: Carpenter / Drywaller with experience in small boxing or feature walls. We need an experienced mirror/glass installer to cut and install 3 large mirrors at our physiotherapy clinic. Each mirror already has the Z-clip attached, but we do not have the wall-mount brackets, so you will need to supply and install the matching brackets. Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint. Happy to do the painting myself :-) • Finish should match existing wall as close as possible please (smooth render, not a lumpy patch job).
