Experienced plasterer needed to fix one large and one small hole in plaster walls

Looking for a renderer to please render my existing brick front fence before the new infills & gates arrive. Overall block width is 8.6m & up to 1.8m high.

Patch in one small area of render to match in with existing. Approx 1m square. Doesn’t need to colour match as will be painted after.

Casement window was removed and replaced with French doors. Crazy paving outside new door area (1sqm) was torn up as plumbing was chased through slab. Need crazy paving sourced and laid, as well as concrete lower door jamb filled in (where window ledge was previously) and rendered to match house colour. We have exterior house paint already; worker needs to source crazy paving stones to fit, plus concrete and render. - Due date: Before Saturday, 26 August 2023

The roof had a leak about a year ago and caused a hole in the plaster around the size of two dinner plates. We have screwed a piece of board over it for now. We would like that patched and sanded back ready for painting. - Due date: Flexible

Verandah needs sanding. It’s about 11m long and averages about a metre wide. Every year I have it sanded and coated with a weatherproof varnish (which I do myself) so I just need someone who is able to give it a nice sand. It’s probably 2 hours work. Doesn’t need to be taken back to bare wood, just made smooth and ready for varnish. - Due date: Flexible
