Have removed cabinetry from the roof and it has pulled down some plaster and paint to reveal concrete. Just need it patched up so I can paint over it. Also a small patch above window. See photos. Preferable for this weekend.

I need a handyman/plasterer for two main jobs, and hopefully a few small other tasks, that are mostly paint touchups, etc. The first main job is to fix up my manhole inside my house. I had electricians over, who managed to wiggle the frame loose. It has slowly been giving way, and today it finally let go and almost fell out of the ceiling. So, at least a temp fix of this is needed pretty quick. The second main job is plastering in my garage. The plaster gave way from the wall a few years back, and has slowly been sagging. With the addition of rain water from a blocked drain, it has gotten quite bad. It's only a small section, but its right above the roller shutter, making access a bit awkward.

Have two small holes on my wall and ceiling. I need there patched.

for a renovation project im launching soon due to water damage. Electrical Power Points I have just installed a cutting station in the centre of my salon, I would love to hook it up to some power ( see pics ) for blow dryers, hot tools . The table is sturdy not bolted to the floor. I am more than happy to have power coming from the roof rather than up under floor. I need two out door power points marked in red , the conduit is marked in blue , I will run power to low voltage outdoor lights in conduit under the path, directly behind the power point located just off the ground is a power socket indoor so I assume you can just piggy back off that. Power point near the ground gets allot of weather so it will need a cover.
