Head a couple of holes where the curtain rails were nailed to but was ripped out. the holes need to be fixed and a wooden brace is to be put behind it so the curtain rail can be bolted on securely.

Roof repair — antenna base removal and penetration seal (Colorbond roof) Description: I have a double-storey Queenslander in Chermside. A TV antenna broke off in a recent storm and has caused a small water leak into the upstairs corridor ceiling (small stain/pinhole). The roof is corrugated Colorbond. I need someone to: Safely access the roof and remove the broken antenna base and mounting hardware. Inspect and seal the mounting penetration holes using appropriate Colorbond-compatible sealant or patching. Check surrounding area for any additional damage from the storm event. Advise on condition of roof in that area. Please quote for roof work only. I will arrange ceiling repair separately once roof is confirmed dry. Must have experience with metal/Colorbond roofing.

Plasterer wanted to finish wall and ceiling patching - previous person went MIA (I was paying each day and they didn't come back for final finishing coat!) Would prefer someone who is very experienced with plastering as have more work in the pipeline including some wall joints. Need small damaged areas pictured repaired. Also need bath re-sprayed/resurfaced with a glossy finish. Edge around bathtub needs to be re-siliconed also. One of the small damaged pics is a shallow chip that was just filled with a silicone.
