Electrical Work Required 1. External Weatherproof Power Point – Repair/Replacement The external weatherproof power point is no longer working and the switch cannot be turned on. The issue occurred after an extension lead connecting an outdoor projector was accidentally dragged into a puddle of water. The connection began smoking, and since then the power point has stopped working. Please provide: * A quote to inspect and repair or replace the external weatherproof power point. 2. Internal Double Power Point – Replacement An internal double power point also requires replacement. The on/off switch has broken off, making the power point unsafe to use. Note: don't need the additional point for the food incinerator as that's no longer connected

Need plasterboards installed on wood frame. Size is about 2.8m by 1.95m Plasterboards provided along with the nails and adhesive. Only need it to be installed neatly and cut for some existing plumbing and 1 electrical outlet. No need to mud or paint.

Needs backing board/timber support, a plasterboard patch, joining compound, and smooth sanding. ​Small Holes: 3–4 small screw/anchor holes surrounding the main cutout need to be filled and sanded flush. ​Finishing: Sand smooth and paint the entire repaired area/wall section so it matches seamlessly with the surrounding white wall. ​Requirements: ​Please bring all required tools and materials.

Hi Existing metal balustrade on front verandah needs a repaint. Have scratched most of the rust away where it was flaking and just needs some fresh paint. 2 coats, paint supplied as I’ve already bought it. It’s not the Mona Lisa, just needs a better brush hand than what I’ve got. Banyo location, earlier the better.

Help to build a flat pack sauna-

Patch drywall where a tap goes into. Checked plumbing and there's no leaks. The tap has made the wall break. Open to offers.

Need a new power point installed in kitchen. The nearest existing one is 1.5 m away. Plyboard walls. Easy roof access from hallway opening if needed. Single story house. I already have the new power point. Flexible with time. Prefer Friday or Saturday morning if possible. Otherwise sometime next week.

Fix the plastering that has previously been done, cornice removed fill in gap between brick wall and gyprock then redo cornice

Need multiple holes and damaged sections in plasterboard warehouse walls patch repaired, sanded and repainted grey. 6 damaged areas from pallet/racking impact, including some moderate sized holes. I have a few small cracks in my wall. Just want to get it fixed and painted over to match the paint as best as possible. Preferably someone who can do both.

Seeking assistance to put Revel aura sauna together. In putting the sauna together we've accidentally stripped the screw on the bottom left wall (if you are looking at the sauna straight on with the glass door at the front). There is now a noticeable gap in between that wall and the back wall

Bathroom will be relined - FC walls and Gyprock ceiling … 3.6 x 1.8 … only need a base coat on the walls for waterproofing and the ceiling properly set It has to be on that date because the sheeting is getting done directly before and the tiler starts on the first … possibly able to get in later on the 30th to start

Remove and replace cracking render, over existing besser blocks. Approx 15 linear metres. Repaint, remove debris. Easy access for mixer to the job.
