I have a townhouse, built 2022 - shares walls with other townhouses on both sides, steel framed. Need to install 2 new sets of power points. One regular 2x Clipsal in the living room. and one with 2x points and the 10A USB a/c in the kitchen. Attached floor plan marks the needed red power points and the existing blue power points

An awning has come away from the house. It will be difficult to refit as the current brackets don't line up to the timber behind (never did. only one is in). I need a clever solution for it so that we can sell the house.

We have a few issues with the exit report to our ex rental. The house is perfect but just needs touch ups. Needing a handyman with knowledge!! Mainly in the garage with small drywall repairs and patching. If you’re free this weekend off from your usual job and want extra cash - this is for you! We also have a dent in the garage door and if you know how to fix it we would be so appreciative!! Or any advice along the lines of what could be done or if nothing can be done (eg; needs replacing because of materials) A fan blade is bent - not sure it can be rectified without the purchase of a new fan (we think from cleaners when exit clean was performed but can’t prove) A drain cover needs replacing we just need to have it bought from Reece and installed. Plastering a hole and where we had new block work

Need multiple holes and damaged sections in plasterboard warehouse walls patch repaired, sanded and repainted grey. 6 damaged areas from pallet/racking impact, including some moderate sized holes. Looking for someone to supply materials and complete repairs to a neat standard. Budget: $750 Photos attached.

I have a few small cracks in my wall. Just want to get it fixed and painted over to match the paint as best as possible. Preferably someone who can do both.

Seeking assistance to put Revel aura sauna together. In putting the sauna together we've accidentally stripped the screw on the bottom left wall (if you are looking at the sauna straight on with the glass door at the front). There is now a noticeable gap in between that wall and the back wall

Bathroom will be relined - FC walls and Gyprock ceiling … 3.6 x 1.8 … only need a base coat on the walls for waterproofing and the ceiling properly set It has to be on that date because the sheeting is getting done directly before and the tiler starts on the first … possibly able to get in later on the 30th to start

Remove and replace cracking render, over existing besser blocks. Approx 15 linear metres. Repaint, remove debris. Easy access for mixer to the job.

Plasterer wanted to finish wall and ceiling patching - previous person went MIA (I was paying each day and they didn't come back for final finishing coat!) Would prefer someone who is very experienced with plastering as have more work in the pipeline including some wall joints. Please quote for - 2 kitchen ceiling patches approx 30cm diameter - 2 toilet wall patches approx 20cm diameter - 2 bathroom wall patches approx 20cm diameter There will be additional work that will be ready by the end of this week - some wall joins and finishing off some other walls where the plastering was started but not finished

Need small damaged areas pictured repaired. Also need bath re-sprayed/resurfaced with a glossy finish. Edge around bathtub needs to be re-siliconed also. One of the small damaged pics is a shallow chip that was just filled with a silicone.

Disconnect power point so tiling can be done

Required rendering of under Windows approx, 120mm wide and 16m in length. Along with a small area around stairs.
