Demolish and Remove Wardrobe (built on against VJ wall in Queenslander home. There is no asbestos). Measurements are 500 depth x 1560 width x 3010 height which is floors to ceiling. Must be done by 24 June because we are getting new floors on this room. No need to patch and paint- we can do that. Please see my other task if you are interested in building new wardrobe using ikea PaX kit (supplied).

Approx 20sqm supply, installation, flushing of ceiling resheeting (inc cuts for electrical/lighting) and cornice. (Old ceiling will already be removed and electrical disconnected, prepped, etc)

I have a small hole in my gyprock wall in my apartment unit (11 cms width x 7 cms height) following the removal of a phone data port (RJ11) recently. I want it to be plastered first. Later, sanding and paint touch-up to blend as closely as possible to the wall colour (approximately, does not have to match perfectly) As long as it matches the gyprock wall (creamy white colour) closely, i will be happy. I have attached a picture of my gyprock wall as well. I have visitor car parking in my apartment. I prefer Tuesday 26th June 2026. I am flexible with timings. I have a few small cracks in my wall. Just want to get it fixed and painted over to match the paint as best as possible. Preferably someone who can do both.

Seeking assistance to put Revel aura sauna together. In putting the sauna together we've accidentally stripped the screw on the bottom left wall (if you are looking at the sauna straight on with the glass door at the front). There is now a noticeable gap in between that wall and the back wall

Bathroom will be relined - FC walls and Gyprock ceiling … 3.6 x 1.8 … only need a base coat on the walls for waterproofing and the ceiling properly set It has to be on that date because the sheeting is getting done directly before and the tiler starts on the first … possibly able to get in later on the 30th to start

Remove and replace cracking render, over existing besser blocks. Approx 15 linear metres. Repaint, remove debris. Easy access for mixer to the job.

Hole in plaster measuring approx 400mm x 600mm

Plasterer wanted to finish wall and ceiling patching - previous person went MIA (I was paying each day and they didn't come back for final finishing coat!) Would prefer someone who is very experienced with plastering as have more work in the pipeline including some wall joints. Please quote for - 2 kitchen ceiling patches approx 30cm diameter - 2 toilet wall patches approx 20cm diameter - 2 bathroom wall patches approx 20cm diameter There will be additional work that will be ready by the end of this week - some wall joins and finishing off some other walls where the plastering was started but not finished

Need small damaged areas pictured repaired. Also need bath re-sprayed/resurfaced with a glossy finish. Edge around bathtub needs to be re-siliconed also. One of the small damaged pics is a shallow chip that was just filled with a silicone.

Disconnect power point so tiling can be done

Required rendering of under Windows approx, 120mm wide and 16m in length. Along with a small area around stairs.

Need two light witches and fan switches redone into a wall. Two power points installed and two removed. Would be an hours work tops and items supplied.
