I after a quote to - remove the top 2 raised bricks around the edge of 2 paved balcony areas - Then squaring off with a grey render so that where the bricks were - becomes level with the grey tiles. I’ll then build a deck to link the 2 areas. There is 16 linear meters to remove, then render. Plastering and painting laundry/toilet. (walls and ceiling). Area is around 6sqm. I do need the job to be at least 2 weeks from now The area was subject to a roof leak which has been repaired.
