I have availability for a neat tradesmen with a good eye for finishes to carry out various wet trade tasks, including spray painting of bare tilt panel walls, basic caulking of expansion joins, high pressure washing of carpark and then spraying carpark areas. Approximately 2 weeks work for the right person. I will provide all materials/tools and spraying equipment etc. Hourly rate as budget.

We have a cupboard where the ducted heating main vent comes out of. We need the shelves removing and it replastering as it has started to crumble particularly at the bottom.
