Location: Kitchen walls and ceiling, one patch that used to have a gas heater in the lounge room (photo not on task), & skirting board and wall for toilet (photo not on task). Ideally use quick dry plaster & smooth finish. No sanding needed. There is a skip bin on site so no bringing home waste needed.

I need a plasterer to patch & sand some holes in these walls.

Need to connect a 3 phase to a switch board and distribute a single 32 amp and 32 amp 3 phase line, currently the 3 phase wire is disconnected. New switch board installation and power points are required.

There is a big tear in the vinyl caused by the wind. It needs about an inch or two trimmed off then restitch in the end for the rod to pass through.

I need plaster fixed before kitchen gets installed

We have an existing awning bathroom window with hinges in top corners. It currently does not have a latch nor any stays. We would like a butterfly latch installed at the bottom and two friction stays installed. You will need to supply all material and cut out rebates into the window and frame to suit. Latch does not need to be lockable. Need it done this weekend please. By 10AM Sunday at the latest.

Recently had the area rendered and not happy with the very rough render. Have painted the area but looks shocking. Wanting smooth rendered finish. Is external area of 2 walls by garage and small external area to garage tilt door
