Render outdoor block garden beds and fireplace.

We want the existing painted brick wall levelled and finished to a smooth paint-ready finish, I don't want the brick profile showing through.(on left hand). Main wall is 310cm W x 238 H, two small sides sections like next to cupboard, 47.5cm W x 238 H, 9.5cm W x 238 H. Looking for someone that can make this wall look brand new.

I would like to get 2 power points ( 1 in study and 1 in walk in robe) and get 3 ceiling fans installed.

Need 4 Power points run in a new workshop. Mezzanine level is exposed, so minimal drilling etc. 3 x 4 outlet GPO and 1 x 2 outlet. About 10 metres of conduit. 2 separate circuits with RGB etc. Plenty space in the fuse box. Happy with an apprentice etc.

We need some render repaired on the front of our building. We're looking to get some art work installed and as you can see from the pics, the previous tenants signage has left some holes/cracks in the render, that need repairing beforehand.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair damage to my plasterboard wall located right above the skirting board. Scope of Work: Prep damaged area and patch/fill the hole (approx. 10–15 cm wide). Sand down flush to the wall surface once dry. Prime and paint to blend seamlessly with the existing wall color.

Need Plasterer required as the current is not level. work required strip off plaster sheet, pack out the wall, re-sheet the wall and trowell it all off the total wall area 2410mm height x870mm width.

Skylight shaft lining and plastering (VELUX). Existing setup is a flexi foil shaft between the roof skylight and ceiling opening - want it replaced with a proper splayed plasterboard shaft, paint-ready finish. 1) Remove existing foil shaft. 2) Frame and line a splayed plasterboard shaft (wider at ceiling, narrower at skylight, crisp square corners) - splayed finish is a must. 3) Tape, plaster, sand to paint-ready Level 4 finish. Square edges where shaft meets ceiling. 4) Insulate around the shaft in the roof cavity. 5) Extend the ceiling opening lengthways to make it more rectangular and a feature in the room. Current opening 78 x 59 cm - happy to take your advice on the ideal final length to suit room proportions and skylight position above. 6) Patch and blend ceiling work seamlessly with existing ceiling. 7) Clean up, remove all waste. Existing conditions: VELUX skylight recently installed. Framed opening already in place. Standard ceiling height, living room. Painted plasterboard ceiling. Finish: paint-ready only Access: roof access available, room empty. Location: Cheltenham. Timing: ASAP, ideally next week.
