Replace half metre of damaged plaster board on ceiling. Also repair a crack in ceiling plasterboard. Lastly replace small piece of cornice which I have. Must be a plasterer familiar with board. Had a hard plasterer to fix some cracks and said he could do the board. Not.

I have an Alpine Sauna and an Apollo Ice Bath located outdoors at my property in Caulfield North that need re-oiling of their external wood surfaces. Both have been outdoors for about one year. I have already purchased pure Tung oil, which you'll need to apply evenly. Please bring your own brushes, cleaning materials, and any necessary utensils. The surfaces will need a light clean prior to re-oiling, followed by even application to ensure good coverage.

Fix the damage crack, coat sealer to crack and topcoat exterior paint to the ceiling (paint the whole ceiling within the area of the apartment)

Fix a power point cover to the wall, and make sure that the power point is in working order. The wires need to be fixed to the cover as well.

I need a tradie to remove and replace the shower base and floor tiles in my bathroom please. It is quite a small area measuring about 4sqm. Happy to agree to an overall figure.
