Hi - I’ve had new lighting installed in my apartment, and due to oyster lights being removed and replaced by track lighting, there is now a hole around one end of each track. I’m hoping to plaster these up ahead of painting the ceiling. There are 7 lights/holes in total.

To install a motorized awning to brick wall it’s in the box needs to put together.

Motorised flip down TV ceiling mount to be installed under the ceiling of an outdoor pagoda. Might require additional PowerPoints to be installed to power the TV and and the mount. Budget to be discussed - ignore the $10 shown on here.

We have had external powerpoint removed from brick/concrete wall and need the hold to be filled in/rendered before we can repaint the wall.

Replace half metre of damaged plaster board on ceiling. Also repair a crack in ceiling plasterboard. Lastly replace small piece of cornice which I have. Must be a plasterer familiar with board. Had a hard plasterer to fix some cracks and said he could do the board. Not.

I need to cement render the brickwork in an apartment. Part of the render will be tiled over some part will be exposed.

Need two capable men for one hour max to assemble an infrared sauna. It comes with video instructions as well. Happy to pay for one hour even if it gets done quicker (and even provide the video instructions to watch in advance if it helps). $150 for both ($75 each)

I have an Alpine Sauna and an Apollo Ice Bath located outdoors at my property in Caulfield North that need re-oiling of their external wood surfaces. Both have been outdoors for about one year. I have already purchased pure Tung oil, which you'll need to apply evenly. Please bring your own brushes, cleaning materials, and any necessary utensils. The surfaces will need a light clean prior to re-oiling, followed by even application to ensure good coverage.

Replace motor for awning on second floor

Fix the damage crack, coat sealer to crack and topcoat exterior paint to the ceiling (paint the whole ceiling within the area of the apartment)

Fix a power point cover to the wall, and make sure that the power point is in working order. The wires need to be fixed to the cover as well.

I need a tradie to remove and replace the shower base and floor tiles in my bathroom please. It is quite a small area measuring about 4sqm. Happy to agree to an overall figure.
