Clean the front face of our roof.

We have a lean to that sits right next to our boundary fence. We've recently noticed that the air conditioner is dripping onto the roof, and onto the fence. We'd like to install a gutter along the length of the lean to. It's roughly 4m long, and 2.2m high. It's a very small amount of water, so we could probably just run the downpipe onto the garden - though I'm open to ideas! More than happy for this to be second hand gutter/downpipe etc. Looking for a cheap solution. Please see photos, and let me know if you need any more info.

I would like a professional to waterproof an outside Hebel wall that I share with a neighbour. It is around 20 metres long - 40metres square. Cut a colorbond corrugated steel roof sheet approx 2.3 m single cut on an angle

One damaged gutter that needs replacing approx. 5mtrs long in the front yard, can use 3mtrs of this one to replace another gutter in the back yard. Not sure what this work is worth??
