We are looking for someone to remove broken concrete storm water cover and lintel and installed new lintel and stormwater cover plus concreting to match guttering. Photos show the existing concrete lid and lintel to be removed, the new lintel and cover to be installed and also a photo of what the finished job should look like. Note job can’t be done on Saturday 3 May.

Our corner of the roof has rotted and come out. Not sure how to explain properly. But please look at the photo attached. I need someone that can fix that plus locate (through the whole house around roof side) any other holes that need to be fixed. Main problem is. We suspect we have possum or rats in our wall cavity. I need someone to locate all small2 holes and fixed it. But at the same time make a 1 way flap for the biggest hole that found. Dear Airtaskers, My Gutters need some TLC, ie removal of the leaves by hand and then vacuuming up any dirt and debris, I have the vacuum cleaner and can supply all the ladders etc.. The top story is two stories high so someone who has experience on roofs would be good its all flat roof so not too difficult to navigate.
