I’m looking for an experienced carpenter, roof plumber, or suitably qualified handyman to repair and reinstate the external soffit (eaves lining) on my home. The soffit was previously cut to allow cabling to be installed and now needs to be properly repaired, closed up, and sealed. Fixing the soffit is the priority for this job. The opening is approximately 1 metre long (see photo) and is located on a single-storey house, with easy external access. Once the soffit repair is assessed, I would also like the gutter above this area checked to ensure there are no leaks or water issues. Scope of work: • Repair and reinstate the soffit (eaves lining) — priority task • Patch or replace soffit neatly around existing cabling • Check surrounding timber for any weather exposure • Seal and weatherproof the repaired area • Inspect gutter above the area and advise if any repair is required Photos attached for reference.

Clean gutters and remove waste.

We are looking for someone to remove broken concrete storm water cover and lintel and installed new lintel and stormwater cover plus concreting to match guttering. Photos show the existing concrete lid and lintel to be removed, the new lintel and cover to be installed and also a photo of what the finished job should look like. Note job can’t be done on Saturday 3 May.

Our corner of the roof has rotted and come out. Not sure how to explain properly. But please look at the photo attached. I need someone that can fix that plus locate (through the whole house around roof side) any other holes that need to be fixed. Main problem is. We suspect we have possum or rats in our wall cavity. I need someone to locate all small2 holes and fixed it. But at the same time make a 1 way flap for the biggest hole that found.
