Hello, I need two window frames at front of house and two down side of house painted , they will need a light sand. I also need the front of house gutters and fascia board , and side of house gutters and fascia painted , including three down pipes. We have just had the gutters cleaned. Roof looks like its in perfect condition, but we still have a leak inside, upstairs near the filter vent. You should be able to see the water damage via the photos. It needs to be looked at asap if possible.

Hello, I’m after someone to paint the guttering, fascia, and weatherboards and brick window seals on the outside of our semi attached house. I have paint and tressle ladders available to use.

Roof mount 3 , 43inch led display. Not sure if it needed a panel to put in above the ceiling.

Roof dent. Appears it can be popped out with right equipment.

Install covered ethernet and speaker cable runs across roof, roof space and back into house, install mounting plates for ethernet, and for audio speaker connections. Ethernet plate needs to come through a double brick exterior Speaker plate through plasterboard / wood. Both will need to be covered by waterproof runs and sealed and then run back in. For the ethernet cabling, there is existing runs installed already, so the internal / roof part should be relatively simple, as it can follow the existing routing. Message me for more details. I can provide the speaker cable, plates, ethernet cable and plates, but will need you to provide the tubing or whatever is usually used externally to cover cable runs.

Have removed cabinetry from the roof and it has pulled down some plaster and paint to reveal concrete. Just need it patched up so I can paint over it. Also a small patch above window. See photos. Preferable for this weekend.

Roof leaked after big rain. Looks like two tiles are loose or cracked. Probably needs replacing or sealing. I have replacement tiles.

The sealing around our back door, while seeming to still be intact, isn’t actually joining properly. We may need a wider gauge seal to block out the cold air.

Garage roof has a leak. There is a large hole in the plaster but the leak is coming through from the corrugated iron tin sheets, unsure if sheets need to be replaced due to rust, I do have new sheets that can be used as replacement or if there just needs to be sealant used to patch the hole.
