I have 167 Sq. Meter of Rockwool slabs that I need to install in the underfloor of the house in stumps. There is a gap of around 1 meter in the start and reduces gradually.

About 35 sheets of polycarbonate roof need to be replaced. Structure in place. Just replacing sheets. Also installing gutter guard on both sides.

Need to get polycarbonate roof clear ploy sheets replaced in the patio area of the house. most likely 35 sheets required. Only unscrewing, cutting some sheets to size and re-screwing required mostly as the wooden structure is in place. The roof is V shaped - broad at one end 2 x 5400 mm sheets and narrow (pointed) at the other end so some small sheets may be used or a large sheet can be cut to fit into multiple places at the pointy end. I also need gutter cleaned with pressure washer and gutter guard installed on both sides - most likely 24-25 mts including both sides.

I need someone to repair a small metal garden shed in Mill Park. The door has never lined up properly since I bought the house. It won’t stay shut unless I brace it with a piece of timber. I need someone to realign the door so it closes properly, or reinstall or replace the door panel if needed. The frame may need a quick adjustment so everything sits square. I would also like a lockable tbar handle or similar installed. There is also a small roof leak coming from the seam where two roof sheets overlap. Likely needs the overlap lifted, cleaned, resealed with exterior roof silicone and a couple of screws tightened or replaced. Final job is just to check over the shed, tighten any loose panels and make sure everything is secure, sealed and working as it should. Photos attached. Needs to be properly re-secured with new or larger roofing screws/washers—ladder required. Reinstate Fallen Fence Section (~5m): A corrugated metal fence panel has fallen but is still attached at the ground. Needs to be lifted and reattached/stabilized (may need to reinforce posts or replace fixings). Wall Mount Panel Heater: Mount an Arlec glass panel heater to an internal wall using the supplied screws and brackets (just bring a drill). Bring all necessary tools and a ladder.
