Hi, I have one gutter that needs repairing. It looks a bit bent, probably from a ladder being lent on it, so looks like it needs to be bent back into place, or perhaps needs another support bracket. The result is that water overflows out of the gutter in a heavy rain. Not particularly evident from the photo. The other issue is a down pipe that needs a section replaced.

Hi, I need someone to pop up on the roof and clean the gutters. Most should be pretty clear, they were cleaned 2 years ago.

We have a box gutter trap that is leaking in the roof space. The trap needs to be replaced.

Plaster cornice next to a chimney in the upstairs bedroom looks damp. There is presumably a leak in the flashing on the slate roof where the chimney is. This needs to be repaired.

Two stone tiles ( total area 26x88cm ) need to be relaid on an outdoor terrace but the surface has to be waterproofed first as the old waterproofing came off when the tile was taken up.

clean gutters on a 2 storey residential home

I have a few cracked tiles on the roof left by solar installers. The relevant area is about 40% of the entire roof. I have some spare tiles but probably but enough. There might be a few sections of pointing that needs resealing as well.

need a downpipe elbow installed / fixed. hs come off over time.

The house is a single story and the gutters needing to be cleaned are 1. Box gutter that has 2 valleys and 5 meter gutter (3 meters high) coming into it. Will require person to be on roof. 2. A 3.7 meter high gutter 5 meter long with one valley 3. A 5 meter gutter about 3 metres high with 1 valley 4. Another 5 meter gutter that is awkward because it is near a fence Please provide details of how you clean out the gutters. I am concerned about tiles being broken. Do you have access to replacement tiles if that happens. Refer images of above areas.

Mice are coming through the side of the dishwasher into the apartment. Steel wool is not cutting it. Slide dishwasher out, mouse proof the back of the cabinet and then slide back dishwasher. Fingers crossed that stops them entering.
