I need 2 x airconditioner units, can be dual head. Install on roof and ducted to apartment, we are the top floor in a 3 level apartment block. Brick wall building, with internal brick wall which the units will be installed on. 1 aircon to bedroom and the other aircon to family room ( back to back ). Access available to roof through big manhole. Aircons to be included and supplied by installer.

Gutters to be cleaned of leaves etc. Single story, free standing house. Great access. Some wisteria twigs and branches also to be removed. These are dead and have been cut from plant. Just out of my reach.

Small area of guttering on single storey house that is slightly ajar/loose and not flush with the wall. It is also causing the timber board to come loose. Need airtasker to secure the guttering/board. Don't think it is a big job but needs ladder/drill.

There are probably about 15 cracked tiles that need replacing that are letting water in. Roof is old.

Have a small shed with a roof that is leaking water inside. Can’t see on top of it but assume it needs replacing with a new sheet. It is 1.7x2.5m. Also need some gaps filled between wall and floorboard where old tiles were removed.
