Single frontage single storey gutter cleaning

Hello! I believe we might have a small leak and our neighbours mentioned they could see a loose tile or capping. Hoping for someone to do an inspection and repair. Dark orange grout required.

Current tiles are cracked and damaged. Tiles need to be replaced the area is four sqm. Before we lay the tiles, the current waterproofing needs to be replaced as water from this balcony is leaking into the apartment underneath.

Clean out gutters approx 43m guttering small 2 story house and carport , 2nd story guttering approx 6m high. Job is to clean out all guttering particular attention around downpipes and dispose of all debris, roof tiles are brittle in some areas so not suitable for walking on.
