I need my townhouse gutters to be cleaned, the gutters are approximately 25m in length and 4m height with an area of approx 2m2 on the roof. I will need a before and after picture of the gutters to prove the cleaning is done perfectly.

One of my gutters is flexing open around the middle section when there is heavy rain. I understand it is due to either a missing or broken gutter hanger (possibly several). The gutter affected is approximately 6 m in length on the second story (highlighted in red in the photo). It could be that the existing hangers have just unclipped, but assume replacement is required for your quote. Gutters are relatively new, refer to the second photo that shows the type of gutter installed.

There are 2 water marks on the ceiling (one in the bedroom and one in the study) that need to be repaired. The roof is color bond.

Clean single story house gutters

Need someone to clean four bedroom house gutters. Flat roof

Unless replacing the gutter is easier/cheaper, I need the following done. I'll provide whatever materials we decide are needed. 1. Fix the gutter on one side of a garden shed (440cm). It's still intact but needs a couple more brackets. 2. Drain pipe moved to the opposite end, to be closer to a tank. Block the current outlet and add a new one to the opposite end. Note: Gap between shed and fence 45cm Additional (good to have but please quote separately) 1. Improve drainage between shed and fence by clearing out mulch and then adding either gravel or perhaps a sock drain? 2. Put a tap into an old wheelie bin and a hole in the top.
