Gutters cleaned - double story house

Clean roofs and gutters of all leafs and debris and put into our green bin. 2 storey house. Colorbond roof. Currently no gutter guards. Roof has not been cleaned for at least 12 months. Additional alfresco area with PVC roofing. No solar panels.

Water is leaking from a section of downpipe (see photos). It looks like the joints are not sealed properly and water is running down the outside of the pipe, staining the wall. Job requirements: Inspect the downpipe and connection to the gutter. Repair or replace damaged/leaking section. Ensure the joints are sealed properly and water flows through the pipe without leaking. Clean up any mess after the job. Access is straightforward from ground and first floor balcony. Please bring your own tools and materials (replacement section, sealant, etc.).

Ive got a 70s built 3 bedroom home, and the insulation in the roof needs replacing. I need a quote for removal and disposal of existing insulation, clean the roof space as needed, and then install and supply of new insulation.

The wire to open the top dampner doesn't seem to be working and we'd like to open it to use the fire. Two ladders up to the chimney top should do it and we'll fix the wire later. Much appreciated.
