Roof leak fix on tint roof

A single roof tile has broken. It is at the first story level and easily accessible with a ladder. It is an edge tile and is mortared in. The mortar will need to be removed, the tile replaced and then remortared in. I have a replacement tile that will need to be cut to size for the replacement
