Double story house, Gutter and downline cleaning

Looking for an experienced professional to repair bird netting around solar panels and clean gutters at our double storey home. The current netting is coming loose at the edges, allowing pigeons to nest underneath the panels, which needs to be addressed properly. Small section of guttering needing replacing or fixed

Increasing noises from the color-bond roof during daytime and windy days. Need inspection for ? loosen parts or any other defects presence.
