There appears to be some water damage to part of the fascia/eaves, and the gutter may be leaking. I’m after someone who can properly assess the issue first, then carry out the required repairs. My 2009 Mercedes CLC200 sunroof won't close. The car is driving fine and have tried to reset the sunroof buttons.

Clean all gutters from roof and drain all water. Double storey house. Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit.

Remove existing blow-in insulation and install R6 ceiling insulation batts.

I need repairs to my roof please. The cement mortar bedding under the ridge caps and gable tiles is displaced or missing, The ridge caps and gable tiles can be lifted which means no mechanical fixing point, so the ridge cap and gable tiles has or will continue to move. Rain is entering into the roof through the cracks in the mortar.

A few (approx 6-10) terracotta tiles have broken or come off our single story roof. We have the spare tiles ready to go, we just need someone to safely replace them

We would like someone to finish installing our underfloor insulation in our house on Coburg. We've done about 85 per cent ourselves, and are a bit over being under the house. The remainder is the bits that are a bit more difficult to get to, or are oddly shaped gaps, approx 10 squares metres. It's polyester insulation which is much easier to install than the glass fibre. No strapping required, you just staple the edges directly to the timber.

Roof Insulation needs to be installed. Have four packs of bats.
