I need repairs to my roof please. The cement mortar bedding under the ridge caps and gable tiles is displaced or missing, The ridge caps and gable tiles can be lifted which means no mechanical fixing point, so the ridge cap and gable tiles has or will continue to move. Rain is entering into the roof through the cracks in the mortar.

We would like someone to finish installing our underfloor insulation in our house on Coburg. We've done about 85 per cent ourselves, and are a bit over being under the house. The remainder is the bits that are a bit more difficult to get to, or are oddly shaped gaps, approx 10 squares metres. It's polyester insulation which is much easier to install than the glass fibre. No strapping required, you just staple the edges directly to the timber.
