I have recently purchased a stainless steel ice bath that needs to be moved from the front of my house to the backyard. Access down the side of the house is tight and requires some manoeuvring. The ice bath weighs around 90kg and is bulky and requires at least two strong blokes (i will also help). The job will take no more than 20 minutes, 30 mins max. Bathroom sink needs to be unblocked and cleared. You will need to remove the drawer to access the pipes so please bring tools to do so. Pics attached.

A downpipe came loose and now needs to be replaced. Part of connections that join the 2 pipes together smashed when it fell. As a result a new downpipe needs to be installed

Leak from pipe when water is running from ensuite bathroom. Budget set assuming quick fix, if larger issue will pay for diagnoses of problem. Will reimburse any materials separately.
